The LIONS Club of New Canaan, CT is a very active and growing group of dedicated LIONS. We meet 40 times a year at the well-known Roger Sherman Inn at 12:30 PM, Tuesdays for lunch; the Inn is located at 195 Oenoke Ridge in New Canaan.

The New Canaan Lions Club was founded in 1929, the town's first service club.

Our fund raising efforts include:
  • Annual pumpkin sales. This year we have plastic bags available for all children, with our logo and address.
  • Annual town-wide envelope stuffing and mailing to raise funds for Eye Research.
  • The sale of LIONS Mints is ongoing at various locations throughout New Canaan.
  • our current raffle is "Seasons Tickets to the Yankees" to be awarded spring 2003
